Outstanding Achievement by Students of Vidya Pratishthan New English Medium at Taluka Level School Sports Competition!
On October 4, 5, and 6, 2024, the Taluka Level School Sports Competition was held at the Taluka Sports Complex in Malegaon, jointly organized by the District Sports Officer’s Office, Pune, and TC College, Baramati. Students from the 14-year age group at VPNEMS actively participated, showcasing exceptional skill and sportsmanship among 23 schools from the Baramati Taluka.
In the 14-year girls’ category, Swara Belhekar achieved first place in both Shot Put and Discus Throw, while Tanishka Ajit Chaudhari secured third place in High Jump. In the 17-year category, Shraddha Lendave earned second place in Discus Throw, Shravani Pravin More claimed first place in Triple Jump, and Tanishka Kanagude achieved second place in the same event. In Hammer Throw, Sakshi Mane and Shraddha Lendave won first and second places, respectively.
With their first and second-place victories, all these students have qualified for the District Level Competition. In recognition of their achievements, School Principal Mrs. Joyce Joseph congratulated Sports Teachers Mr. Dhananjay Yadav, Mr. Ramesh Babar, and Mrs. Rupali Lonkar for their dedication to guiding the students, who have brought great pride to the school.
